Description

This spot welding machine is designed for rapid welding of platinum, gold, K-gold, silver, and steel. It is ideal for welding ring mouths, melon seed buckles, fine wire precision welding, and more. The machine performs direct welding without the need for welding powder.

Utilizing plasma high-frequency discharge technology, it instantly forms a molten pool at the metal welding point, ensuring a smooth and solid weld. The output power can be adjusted based on the wire size, providing fast, high-efficiency welding results.

Installation and Commissioning:
Electrode Setup:

Clamp the negative electrode on the electrode seat and attach the positive pole to the output terminal.
Tungsten Needle:

The tungsten needle can be sharpened using a grinding machine, utilizing a cutting-edge discharge principle.
Tungsten needle diameter: 1.5mm
Steps for Operation:

Step 1: Turn on the power and switch the machine on.
Step 2: Adjust the power knob. The knob has coarse and fine settings, allowing you to adjust the power according to the work requirements.
Step 3: Align the workpiece with the tweezers. Ensure the workpiece interface is in line with the tungsten needle (ideal distance: 5mm).
Step 4: Press the foot pedal switch to complete the spot welding process.
Precautions:
Foot Switch Safety:

Do not press the foot pedal switch for extended periods. If the switch is pressed for too long, the machine will enter a short-circuit state, potentially damaging the internal circuits. Release the pedal immediately after use.
Precision Use:

This machine is designed for precision tasks; please use it accordingly.
Eye Protection:

The flash emitted during welding can cause eye injury. Please use appropriate protective measures (e.g., protective glasses or goggles).
Avoid Simultaneous Contact:

Do not touch the metal parts of the tungsten needle and tweezers simultaneously when pressing the foot switch, as it may cause a tingling sensation (electrical discharge).
